The Mandible Implant includes the angle of the mandible along with an adequate inferior ridge. The lateral profile is soft for and designed for correction of deficient mandibular angles.
The shape has been contoured such that the surgeon can trim it to suit a variety of situations. It can be used in cases following trauma and hemifacial microsomia.
The two-piece chin implant has been provided with an anatomical taper and posterior concave surface. This design is joined at midline with the help of a separate strut. The strut allows the surgeon the choice of wide placement of the two segments of the implant. This strut size can be adjusted by trimming to bring the implant together as desired in a given "case".
